Mr. Rahul Gupta founded STENMEDS BIOTECH with a commitment to delivering high-quality pharmaceutical formulations across India. Operating from Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, his vision is to make trusted medicines accessible to healthcare providers and patients across the country.

By 2030, STENMEDS BIOTECH aims to expand its distribution footprint to cover all 28 states of India, onboard 1,000+ healthcare facility partners, and introduce a digital procurement platform that allows any hospital or clinic to order medicines and track delivery in real time.

For regular institutional buyers, we assign a dedicated Account Manager who handles all your procurement needs. First-time customers will need to provide their drug license copy and GST details for verification — this is a one-time process.
We accept returns for products that are damaged in transit, incorrectly shipped, or have a manufacturing defect. Returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We do not accept returns based on change of mind or for products that have been opened/used. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of return approval. Note: Certain Schedule H and H1 medicines cannot be returned once dispatched due to regulatory requirements.
Welcome! Getting started is straightforward. Submit the "Get a Quote" form on our Contact page with your institution details. Our onboarding team will reach out within one business day. You'll need to share your Drug License (Form 20 / Form 21), GST Certificate, and PAN Card for account setup. Once verified, you'll receive login credentials to our order portal and can place your first order immediately. New customers also get a complimentary consultation call with our pharmaceutical advisor.
Absolutely. STENMEDS BIOTECH follows strict data protection standards. All customer data is stored on encrypted servers. We do not share, sell, or lease your information to any third party. Your drug license details are only used for regulatory compliance purposes. We are compliant with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and follow best practices for pharmaceutical data security as recommended by CDSCO.
Currently, STENMEDS BIOTECH serves Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Andhra Pradesh through our primary distribution hub in Bengaluru. Within these states, we cover 50+ districts including all major urban centres and most tier-2 and tier-3 towns. For Bengaluru city, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM. For other regions, delivery time is 24–72 hours. We are actively expanding and expect to cover Maharashtra and Kerala by Q2 2025.
Every order from STENMEDS BIOTECH comes with a complete batch documentation package, including: manufacturer COA (Certificate of Analysis), batch number, manufacturing and expiry dates, and our internal quality inspection report. You can also verify product authenticity directly on the manufacturer's website using the batch number. For Schedule H1 drugs, we provide a fully traceable audit trail.
